► The TDA, TDE and NCP product lines are products that generally have at least two or three software updates per year.  In addition, ROM software is updated on a regular basis.  Please don't make the mistake of looking to save money now to only wind up with a doorstop that can not be updated and supported down the road.

Panasonic equipment last years, and as a result has a very low cost of ownership.  Please make sure that you do not short-circuit the usable life of this great product!

►Many Panasonic KX-TDA, KX-TDE and KX-NCP products that are being sold online are "gray market" and not intended for sale in the USA.  These products are not warranteed by Panasonic in the USA and not FCC approved. Without a US FCC registration number is is illegal to connect a phone system to the national telephone network if it has not been approved by the FCC.

► Dealers that are not authorized by Panasonic can NOT get technical support from Panasonic, and they may not be able to help you if you have a question or problem. You, as an "end-user," can't get help from Panasonic for phone system questions or problems. Only the dealer can and will support you!

► Panasonic KX-TDA, KX-TDE and KX-NCP systems sold for use in the USA are shipped "deactivated" and must be activated by an authorized dealer's technician communicating with Panasonic, or they can't be used. The KX-TDA50 is shipped with minimal functions working and must be activated to accept additional capacity or functions.

► Authorized dealers are the only ones with access to software, manuals and parts to support your systems. 

► Comvox usually ships the same day an order is placed or within 24 to 48 hours should you desire us to build out and program your system.

► Panasonic KX-TDA, KX-TDE and KX-NCP systems are very sophisticated, flexible and complex products. They are not designed to be "plug-and-play" like consumer phones. And even if you've installed other phone systems before, you will still need a qualified, experienced dealer to support you.
