Generally, Panasonic Refurbished equipment results from the equipment failing to meet initial specifications or is DOA upon testing. This equipment is then recertified by experienced Panasonic factory technicians that constantly repair these business systems and phones, yet they can no longer be sold as new. They troubleshoot and repair the faulty equipment and make it available to sale to WeSellPanasonic.com at a reduced price.

Some Panasonic Factory refurbished product may be a DOA or a customer return to the Panasonic BTS repair facility in Georgia. Customers return products for many reasons: a customer may change his or her mind, not like the product, or have difficulty operating it. Whether it is returned a month later or only the very next day, such an item must be identified as refurbished to be resold.

Refurbished, Reconditioned, or Factory-Serviced, what's the difference?

  • You've looked around and perhaps seen the terms “Refurbished,” “Reconditioned” or “Factory-serviced.” Various retailers use slightly different terminology.
  • Any item listed on our site as Refurbished or Reconditioned meets the same standards listed above and the work is either performed by Panasonic professionals trained technicians to perform these services.

Will “Refurbished" or "Reconditioned” products come in different packaging?

  • By law, product packaging must state if an item is refurbished or reconditioned, Consequently, some items will arrive in a regular retail box with a sticker indicating that the item is refurbished, reconditioned, or factory-serviced, or may come repackaged in a plain brown or white box.
  • Enclosed manuals may refer to accessories (cases, straps, for example) that are not included with the refurbished or reconditioned product.  They may be missing a screw or other secondary parts. 

What makes a “Refurbished" or "Reconditioned” item such an excellent purchase?

  • Factory new Panasonic KX-TDA, KX-TDE, KX-NCP, KX-DT and KX-NT products carry a manufacturers two year Limited Factory Warranty.  Panasonic offers an optional extra cost extension to seven (7) years for these and the mutli-cell wireless and voice processing lines. Generally all other items carry a one year limited warranty. Shipping and current service charges are apply. If you have any questions about the warranty prior to your purchase, it is your responsiblity to request a copy of the manufacturers warranty information. Once a purchase is made you as the buyer must confirm to all of the terms and conditions of the warranty. Only the manufacturer's current warranty apply and supercedes all prior warranties..

Software is NOT returnable, exchange only.  Failure to return any part or accessory will be the financial responsiblity customer.  Our responsiblity in such as case will be the exchange the product for one of identical, equal or greater value.
  • CUSTOMER AGREES THAT COMVOX SYSTEMS SHALL MAINTAIN A SECURED INTEREST INTEREST IN ALL HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE UNTIL INVOICES ARE PAID
    IN FULL.
  • Customer is responsible for all court costs, charges and attorney fees associated with collection of the balance resulting from this sale or for any litigation resulting from the purchase of product from Comvox Systems or WeSellPanasonic.com.
