Return Policy Key Points
  • You can request from the credit department a refund/credit to your card when returned product is received.
  • Customers have 30 days from date of invoice to request a non-DOA return. The RMA # issued is valid for 30 days from issue date.
  • Mis-ships must be claimed within 15 days of warehouse invoice date.
  • Rejected if received 30 days after the RMA number is issued.
  • NO open box returns for non-DOA products. Product box must be clean and undamaged, with no marks of any kind.
  • Non-DOA configured product may not be returned.
  • If the product is tested and the problem is not duplicated, there may be a “no problem found fee” charged
  • Extended warranty registarations, software or special services are NOT returnable.


You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a store credit. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).  Please call 904.309.6300 first so that we can assist you with any problems you may have.

NOTE: WeSellPanasonic.com tracks serial numbers and will not issue any credit for customers who try to swap out components or materials.  Also all returns must be complete.

You should expect to receive your credit within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a credit more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your credit once we've received and processed the returned item.

Handling Charge - orders may be subject to a small handling charge.

RMA Credit
  • For customers on credit terms, credit will be applied to your account when the product is received.

 

RMA Number
  • All RMA Product requires an RMA number- otherwise project can be rejected and returned at your expense.
  • All products must be double boxed.

 

Non-defective Product
  • NO open box returns for non-DOA products.

 

Defective Product
  • If the product is tested and the problem is not duplicated, there may be a no problem found fee charged.
  • Products that show signs of use are not returnable to as DOA.

 

Special Order Products
  • No special orders.
Non-stocked Products
  • Call

 

Shipping Errors
  • Miss-ships must be claimed within 15 days of invoice date.

 

Damaged In Transit
  • Call

 

Return Transit Time for Product
  • Customer is responsible to ensure returned product is received before the RMA expiration date.

 

Non-returnable Defective Product
  • Returns are not allowed for: print heads, bar code media, software or service contracts.
  • Non-DOA configured product may not be returned.
  • Product that is discontinued/obsolete from the supplier does not qualify for return.

 

Shipping

FREE SHIPPING  (where indicated) is strictly to the 48 US states.  Does not include International or outside the USA mainland states.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world, but we use Paypal because of that organiztions policy to "CONFIRM" customer addresses. We reserve the right to take all necessary steps to insure that shipments are going to the actual originator of the payments. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
