Limited Warranty for USA Only

If your product does not properly work becasus of a defect in materials or workmanship, Panasonic Consumer Electronics Company (referred to as "the warrantor") will, for the length of the warranty period indicated, which starts with the date of original purchase ("Limited Warranry period"), at its option either (a) repair your product with new or refurbished parts, or (b) replace it with a new or a refurbished product.  The decision to repair will be made by the warrantor.

During the "Labor" Limited Warranty period there will be no charge for labor ( provided by Panasonic for the servicing of the part).  During the "Parts" Limited Warranty, there will be no charge for the parts.  You must mail-in your product during the warranty period.  THIS LIMITED WARARNTY EXCLUDES BOTH PARTS AND LABOR FOR BATTERIES, ANTENNAS,AND COSMETIC PARTS(cabinet).  The Limited Warranty is extended only to products purchased and serviced in the United States and Puerto Rico.  This Limited Warranty is only extended to the original purchaser and only covers product purchased as new.

Mail-In Service

For assistance in the continental U.S.A. and Puerto Rico in obtaining repairs ship product to:

415 Horizon Drive, Bldg. 300, Suite 350-B
Suwanee, GA 30024-3186

When shipping the unit carefully pack and snd it prepaid, adequately insured and preferably in the original carton.  Include a letter detailing the complaint and provide a daytime phone number where you can be reached.

IF REPAIR IS NEEDED DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD THE PURCHASER WILL BE REQUIRED TO FURNISH SALES RECEIPT/PROOF OF PURCHASE INDICATING DATE OF THE PURCHASE, AMOUNT PAID AND PLACE OF PURCHASE.  CUSTOMER WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE REPAIR OF ANY UNIT RECEIVED WITHOUT SUCH PROOF OF PURCHASE.

Actual warranty has additional terms and conditions.

Please note - this is a Panasonic provided limited factory warranty.  Neither Comvox Systems nor any other dealer will provide any support or no-cost services under this warranty.  Additional services may be available on a time and material basis.
