You are looking at a Brand New Panasonic KX-TA123280 which is the same as a KX-TD180 4 CO Line Expansion Card. Brand new in original factory box. The KX-TA123280 is interchangable with the KX-TD180. They are identical.

The KX-TA123280 or KX-TD180 is required when expanding a KX-TD816 or KX-TD1232 digital phone system in order to add more incoming CO lines. The KX-TD1232  Control Unit will support up to (1) KX-TD180 Modules and the KX-TD816 Control Unit will support (1) KX-TD180 Module. These KX-TD180 are in very limited supply due to the KX-TD line being discontinued by Panasonic in mid-2004. If you need expansion or planning to in the future, we highly recommend purchasing these KX-TD180 4CO cards quickly while you still can.

The  KX-TD180 uses two (2) RJ11 jacks that are typically connected off the 66-block or directly from the incoming service provider phone lines.
