Panasonic's TH-42LRU20 42" 1080p HD Hospitality LCD Display is built specifically with today's hotel guest in mind. Rugged, stylish, and self-contained, the monitor's built-in tri-band digital tuner and concealed speakers mean no need for an external set-top box or speakers. A plethora of video and audio inputs allow for any number and type of video signal, whether digital or analog, HD or SD, broadcast or PC. There's even an SD card slot for guests to play back and view their own media, letting them enjoy their travel photos and videos on the bright, high-contrast 1920 x 1280 screen. The 178° viewing angles and swivel stand ensure they'll have clear views from just about any part of the room.
But the monitor is equally advantageous to hotel owners. The SD card slot can also be used to copy and transfer settings from one display to another, while an RS-232C interface allows for easy connection to external devices, such as AMX or Crestron environmental control equipment. Home theater-type systems, pay-per-view, and high-end audio setups are equally within this monitor's reach, providing the flexibility and enhanced viewing experiences that today's media-rich travelers have come to expect.
